Easiest Ever Bread

This recipe I originally got from the internet - not quite sure where - and tweaked a bit - you can use white flour or wholemeal or half and half - minimal 'proving' and no kneading!

Ingredients:

450g plain flour
450ml tepid water
1 tsp honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 sachet dry yeast (7g)

Method:

Put flour in a large-ish bowl. Add salt and dry yeast and mix thoroughly. Add honey to tepid water, mix. Add liquid to the flour and beat by hand or with a dough hook on an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until smooth. Place dough in a bread tin lined with baking paper. Cover with a tea towel or baking paper and leave to rise until doubled in size. The time will vary depending on how warm it is.
Bake at 180 degrees fan forced for 45-45 minutes. The loaf will sound hollow when tapped. Turn out and cool. Enjoy!
